Federal Circuit vacates USITC final determination in hydrodermabrasion systems investigation

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit vacated the U.S. International Trade Commission's final determination in the investigation of certain hydrodermabrasion systems and components thereof, and the investigation is moot because of patent expiration.
