Commerce issued a final affirmative countervailing duty determination finding that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from India, for the period of investigation April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025, applicable September 16, 2026. Commerce also made a final affirmative critical circumstances determination, in part. The notice does not state the cash deposit rates.
