Commerce issues preliminary results and partial rescission in antidumping review of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Türkiye

Commerce preliminarily determines that producers/exporters subject to the 2024-2025 administrative review of steel concrete reinforcing bar from the Republic of Türkiye made sales below normal value during the period of review, July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and is rescinding the review with respect to three companies. The notice is applicable October 5, 2026, and interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results.
