CITT initiates expiry review of grinding media finding from India
Tribunal Initiates Expiry Review—Certain Grinding Media from India
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal initiated an expiry review (RR-2026-005) of its August 27, 2021 finding in inquiry NQ-2021-001 on certain grinding media from India, to determine whether expiry of the finding is likely to lead to continued or resumed dumping or subsidizing and injury to the domestic industry. The Canada Border Services Agency will determine no later than December 31, 2026 whether there is a likelihood of resumed or continued dumping or subsidizing; if positive, the Tribunal will decide no later than June 11, 2027 whether that is likely to result in injury. Interested persons, associations or governments may participate by filing Form I—Notice of Participation.
