Global Affairs Canada says 2018-2019 wheat products TRQ fills October 19, 2018

Global Affairs Canada states that the 2018-2019 Wheat Products tariff rate quota will be filled as of 11:59 p.m. local time on October 19, 2018, and the within access commitment tariff items will be closed at that time. The message covers imports of wheat products under Customs Tariff headings 11.01, 11.03, 11.04, 11.08, 11.09, 19.01, 19.02, 19.04, 19.05 and 23.02. Once the TRQ level is reached, General Import Permit No. 20 will be suspended for the relevant goods until July 31, 2019, and General Import Permit No. 100 will cover unlimited imports under the over access commitment tariff item for the balance of the 2018-19 marketing year.
