Commerce preliminarily determines that Nan Ya Plastics Corporation made sales of polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from Taiwan at less than normal value during the period of review July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and preliminarily finds that Shinkong Materials Technology Corporation and Shinkong Synthetic Fiber Corporation, treated as a single entity, had no reviewable entries during the period. The notice applies October 2, 2026, and interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results.
