CBP posts ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V54 updates for new Entry Type 13 test

CBP states in CSMS # 69915001 that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V54 has been posted under the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities section on CBP.gov, with all updates in support of the new Entry Type 13 Test. The update adds new errors 878, 879, 880, 881, 882, 867, 868, 877 and 885, renames error B49 to "PSC NOT ALLOWED - CANNOT BE INFORMAL/MAIL", and updates existing errors 103, 107, 108, 133, 164, 229, 414, 481, 630, 635 and 664.
