Commerce issues final results of AD administrative review on large diameter welded pipe from Türkiye

Commerce determines in the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review that large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Türkiye was sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review, May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. The final results are applicable September 25, 2026. The review follows the preliminary results published at 91 FR 31420 (May 27, 2026), and the rate also applies to HDM Spiral Kaynakli Celik Boru A.S., the English name of which is HDM Spirally Welded Steel Pipe Inc.
