Why it matters
Importers of UAS and UAS components entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after 12:01 a.m. eastern time on September 3, 2026 must report the applicable 9903.08.20–9903.08.26 classification, and the 25% rate for other UAS components applies from February 9, 2027.
