CBSA announces closure of St-Cesaire, Quebec highway sufferance warehouse

CBSA states in Customs Notice 26-19 that, effective August 10, 2026, the company at 2500, chemin St-François, St-Cesaire, Quebec surrendered its "BW" type highway sufferance warehouse licence, and CBSA has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port. As a result, effective August 10, 2026, all bonded highway carriers transporting commercial freight for clearance at the St-Cesaire, Quebec port of entry must declare at another highway sufferance warehouse.
