Global Affairs Canada notice sets export quota rules for sugar-containing products shipped to the United States

Global Affairs Canada's Notice to Exporters Serial No. 183 sets out the administration of Canada's 59,250,000 kilogram export quota for sugar-containing products destined to the United States, covering HTSUS subheadings 1701.91.54, 1704.90.74, 1806.20.75, 1806.20.95, 1806.90.55, 1901.10.74, 1901.90.69, 2101.12.54, 2101.20.54, 2106.90.78 and 2106.90.95, with the quota year running from October 1 to September 30. An export permit is required for every shipment of these products to the United States, and allocation applications on form EXT1685-2 are due no later than September 1 preceding the quota year.
