CBP adds ACE error F883 blocking PSC changes to IEEPA HTS on FTZ entry type 06

CBP states in CSMS # 69635410 that ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V52 adds error F883, PSC NOT ALLOWED TO MODIFY IEEPA HTS, which prevents filers from submitting a Post Summary Correction for a Foreign Trade Zone entry type 06 if the IEEPA HTS is modified in any way. The updated dictionary is posted under the Supporting Documents: Documentation for Entry Summary Chapters section on CBP.gov, and the update was deployed to the CERTIFICATION and PRODUCTION environments on August 21, 2026.
