Highway sufferance warehouse closure and advertisement (Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan)
CBSA states in Customs Notice 25-27 that, effective June 30, 2025, the company at 1109 Ominica St. E., Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan surrendered its "BW" type highway sufferance warehouse licence, and CBSA is advertising for a new public "BW" type highway sufferance warehouse under the authority of the Winnipeg CBSA office. Applicants must submit a complete application through the CARM Client Portal, and applications must be received or postmarked no later than 14 calendar days after the publication date of the notice. The successful applicant must provide a facility meeting the Customs Sufferance Warehouses Regulations and operate it as a public sufferance warehouse to store in-bond goods.
