Commerce issues preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination on air compressors from Vietnam

Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of stationary and portable air compressors from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, with the period of investigation January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, applicable October 1, 2026. Commerce also aligns the final countervailing duty determination with the final antidumping duty determination, and interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary determination.
