Commerce determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Algeria, with a period of investigation of January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, and issues the countervailing duty order on that wire rod, applicable September 18, 2026.
