CBSA announces closure of East Farnham, Quebec highway sufferance warehouse

CBSA states in Customs Notice 26-18 that, effective August 10, 2026, the company at 100, Leon Paul, East Farnham, Quebec surrendered its "BW" type highway sufferance warehouse license, and CBSA has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port. As a result, effective August 10, 2026, all bonded highway carriers transporting commercial freight for clearance at the East Farnham, Quebec port of entry must declare at another highway sufferance warehouse.
