CITT initiates expiry review RR-2026-004 of refined sugar orders from the U.S., Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, the U.K. and the EU

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal initiated an expiry review (RR-2026-004) of its orders made on August 6, 2021, in expiry review RR-2020-003, to determine whether expiry of the orders is likely to lead to continued or resumed dumping of refined sugar originating in or exported from the United States, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, or subsidizing of those goods originating in or exported from the European Union, and is likely to result in injury to the domestic industry.
