Commerce（美国商务部）对原产于越南的 oil country tubular goods（OCTG）反倾销行政复审作出终裁，认定 SeAH Steel VINA Corporation（SeAH VINA）在 2023 年 9 月 1 日至 2024 年 8 月 31 日的复审期内以低于正常价值（NV）的价格销售，终裁结果自 2026 年 9 月 17 日起适用。此前初裁见 91 FR 12563（2026 年 3 月 16 日），本次终裁随附 Issues and Decision Memorandum。
Commerce 对越南 OCTG 2023-2024 行政复审作出终裁，认定 SeAH VINA 低于正常价值销售，进口该企业越南 OCTG 的报关将按终裁结果核定税率。

SUMMARY:
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that SeAH Steel VINA Corporation (SeAH VINA) made sales of oil country tubular ( printed page 58849) goods (OCTG) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024.
