Commerce finds no dumping in final review of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea

Commerce determines in the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review that heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from the Republic of Korea were not sold at less than normal value during the period of review September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. The final results are applicable September 21, 2026. The review follows the preliminary results published at 91 FR 13588 (March 20, 2026).
