Commerce issues affirmative final circumvention determinations on Zongshen 5C65M0 and BC70M0 engines from China
Certain Vertical Shaft Engines Between 99cc and 225cc, and Parts Thereof, From the People's Republic of China: Affirmative Final Determinations of Circumvention of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders-5C65M0 and BC70M0 Engines
Commerce determines that imports of model numbers 5C65M0 and BC70M0 of small vertical shaft engines produced by Chongqing Zongshen General Power Machine Co., Ltd. in China are later-developed merchandise that circumvent the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc, and parts thereof, from China. The determination applies as of September 24, 2026. The orders were published at 86 FR 23675, the circumvention inquiry was initiated at 90 FR 30874, and the affirmative preliminary determination was published at 91 FR 28555.
