    The USITC gives notice of the institution of preliminary-phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations Nos. 701-TA-807 and 731-TA-1808 (Preliminary) into wooden fence pickets from China provided for in HTS subheadings 4404.10.00, 4407.19.00 and 4421.99.70, alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value and alleged to be subsidized by the Government of China.
